Since we do not collect your personal information, we do not use it for any purpose. Data stored locally on your device is used solely to provide the App's functionality, including:

• Enabling core App features and functionality
• Saving your preferences and settings
• Maintaining your content and conversation history
• Authenticating with third-party services you choose to connect

3. Third-Party Services

Some of our Apps allow you to connect to third-party services. When you use these features, your data may be transmitted directly from your device to these third-party providers.

3.1 AI Service Providers

If you use Apps that connect to AI services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers), please be aware:

• Your conversations and prompts are sent directly from your device to the AI provider you select
• This data transmission is necessary to receive AI-generated responses
• We do not have access to, store, or process this data
• Each AI provider has its own privacy policy and terms of service that govern their use of your data

4.1 Local Storage

All data generated by our Apps is stored locally on your device using iOS/macOS secure storage mechanisms. This includes:

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect locally stored data:

• Utilization of iOS/macOS native security features
• Data stored in the App's sandboxed container

4.3 Data Deletion

You maintain full control over your data. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Using the App's built-in data management features (if available)
• Deleting the App from your device, which removes all associated data
• Using iOS/macOS settings to clear App data

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. Since we do not collect your data, there is no data for us to share.

The only data transmission that occurs is:

• Direct communication between your device and third-party services you explicitly choose to connect (such as AI providers)
• Standard App Store functionality provided by Apple

Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since our Apps do not collect personal information from any users, no special provisions for children's data are necessary.

Our Apps are available for download globally through the Apple App Store. Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect or transfer any personal data, there are no international data transfers by us.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. Since we do not collect your personal data, these rights are primarily exercised through:

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Since we do not collect, sell, or share personal information as defined under the CCPA, these provisions have limited applicability to our Apps.
